This certificate from the Graphic Arts Department requires prior completion of an associate degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Graphic Communication Technologies (Printing and Electronic Publishing), Visual Communication/Computer Graphics, or a bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience as evaluated by the division. Graphic Technologies/3D Animation (VRML) is a 12-credit certificate program that helps you develop interactive 3D animated virtual worlds for CD-ROM production for television, DVD-ROM, the web and interactive games. Principles and techniques of 2D and 3D animation are covered.
