Desktop Publishing Certificate

The Desktop Publishing certificate is part of MATC's Graphic Arts department. This short-term certificate program includes 12 credits (four courses) in design, layout and production of printed materials on Macintosh and IBM-compatible computers. You'll use QuarkXPress, Pagemaker, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Basic computer literacy or PRTG-136, Graphic Communication Technologies 1, is highly recommended as a prerequisite to this program.

All credits in this certificate must be earned at MATC with a 2.0 GPA or better. The student must initiate the request for the certificate upon completion of requirements.
