Customer Service Representative Certificate

A Customer Service Representative certificate provides an overview of the printing industry, including how to correctly prepare electronic files for output and practice the job duties of a customer service representative. Eight credits include preflight, printing estimating, production planning and digital tools.

All credits in this certificate must be earned at MATC with a 2.0 GPA or better. The student must initiate the request for the certificate upon completion of requirements.
