AODA Substance Abuse Counselor Certificate

The AODA Substance Abuse Counselor certificate provides students with the classroom education and training required for substance abuse counselors in Wisconsin. The program consists of courses in the areas of assessment, professional responsibilities, education, case management, and counseling. Courses can be used for continuing education credits.

All credits in this certificate must be earned at MATC with a 2.0 GPA or better. The student must initiate the request for the certificate upon completion of requirements.
