Step 1: Apply for Admission to a Program

Research your degree or diploma program. Check for prerequisites using the program requirements grid.   Apply online: Click Here or pick up an application form at the Admissions Office at any MATC campus.   Also please see Admissions Deadlines. Pay the $30 application fee when you turn in your application. $15 extra is charged for programs requiring a criminal background check. Make check or money order payable to MATC. Or pay by credit card if you apply online. VISA, MasterCard and Discover accepted. If you need financial aid, we strongly recommend that you apply for it as early as possible. Depending on the time of year that you apply for academic admission, in most cases you may apply for financial aid simultaneously.

Skip This Section . . . If you don't want a degree or diploma and don't need financial aid. Go straight to registration. International Students . . . Visit the International Student page for your steps to enrollment. High School Juniors . . . Can't apply for admission until Oct. 1 of their senior year.
