Student Account Appeal Procedures
As a student, you are responsible for charges and payments to your account. However, if you believe there are extenuating circumstances, there is an appeal process in place to dispute these charges. The Student Account Appeal procedures are as follows:
Obtain a Student Account Appeal form located at any of the following locations: Student Accounts, Milwaukee Campus Registrar's Office, Milwaukee Campus - Student Services Welcome Center- S115 Student Services Offices at any outlying campus: North Campus Room A110 South Campus Room A106 West Campus Room 114
Complete the Appeal Form, attaching any official documentation (i.e. medical forms, incarceration information, death certificate, etc.)
Return the form in person to one of the following locations: Registrar's Office, Milwaukee Campus - Student Services Welcome Center- S115 Student Accounts, Milwaukee Campus Student Services Offices at any outlying campus: North Campus Room A110 South Campus Room A106 West Campus Room 114

All decisions made by the Appeals Committee are final. Each appeal will only be heard once. All harassment cases will be referred to the Student Life Office. If you are having problems with your instructor, please review the MATC Student Handbook and follow those instructions.
Appeals are reviewed every week on Wednesday. Students will receive written notification within two weeks after the appeals meeting.
