The Office of Engaged and Service-Learning at MATC has been staffed by two full-time AmeriCorps*VISTA volunteers since fall 2006. Dr. Courtney Marlaire, associate dean of Liberal Arts and Sciences, is the Service-Learning director, and Suzanne Goodrich, Psychology instructor, is the Service-Learning faculty liaison.

Regional program support is facilitated by Wisconsin Campus Compact (WiCC), an organization dedicated to "strengthening civic engagement between postsecondary institutions and the communities they serve." Local support is facilitated by the Southeastern Wisconsin Service-Learning Consortium, "a group of pk-16 educators committed to the use of service-learning as an engaging teaching and learning method."
