MATC Graduate Paul Bartolotta Wins Prestigious James Beard Award

MATC graduate Paul Bartolotta has won the 2009 James Beard Foundation Best Chef: Southwest Award. Bartolotta was recognized for his work Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare, which is located at the Wynn in Las Vegas. The Milwaukee native also won the 1994 Best Chef: Midwest from the James Beard Foundation. At the time, he was working at Chicago’s Spiaggia.
The James Beard Foundation Awards shine a spotlight on the best and brightest talent in the food and beverage industry and are the highest honors for food and beverage professionals working in America.
