Need a haircut? Need your hair highlighted or straightened? Want a spa treatment for your skin or nails? MATC offers students and their families the opportunity to experience salon-style services.

Six classrooms, modeled after personal style salons, are available for services performed by Barber/Cosmetologist students under the guidance of faculty members.

Appointments range from 1 to 3-1/2 hours, depending on service. Reasonable fees are charged.

There are four hair salon locations, one nail tech lab and one spa services lab in the Main Building:

Hair care services include:

• Haircuts for men and women, lining and facial hair trimming
• Styling (including sets, waves, some braiding, wraps, body wraps and more)
• Color (full color or tint, highlighting, lowlighting)
• Permanent waves, chemical relaxing and texturizing
