Bilingual Office Assistant


West Allis Campus 

Students fluent in English and a second language will be prepared for bilingual office positions after completing this program.
Students will use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint software to produce documents in both languages; and will use the internet, videoconferencing and other technologies for international business communications. All courses, except foreign language instruction, are taught in English. 

After earning this technical diploma, many credits can be applied toward completing the Administrative Professional associate degree; see your program advisor for details. 

Career Outlook: There is a strong need for bilingual office workers. Government and education are also actively recruiting bilingual office assistants to serve an increasingly diverse community.
