West Allis Campus 

This comprehensive, state-approved program prepares you for a range of careers in the real estate field, including sales and brokerage, building inspection and property management. Courses that meet educational requirements to qualify for state licensing exams are part of the curriculum. 

Career Outlook: Opportunities in the different areas of real estate are available for capable, well-trained real estate professionals, as employees of real estate companies or as self-employed real estate specialists. Good people skills, math proficiency and a willingness to work evenings and weekends are important. 

Career Pathway: New programs under development – Real Estate Salesperson certificate, Real Estate Professional technical diploma and Real Estate Sales Broker technical diploma are planned to debut in 2016-17 for this pathway.
