This program prepares students for a variety of positions in ebusiness enterprises and blends the contents of two instructional departments: Marketing and Interactive Media. Students must complete a one-semester qualifying internship or personal portfolio for graduation.
Career Outlook: The rapid growth of internet-enabled devices has led to an increased demand for skills in web marketing, social media marketing and web development. Graduates may be hired to work in marketing, ecommerce, website development and web systems management.
Career Pathway: You can earn the eBusiness Strategist and Social Media Strategist technical diplomas on your way to completing this degree.
New programs under development: Management Technology certificate and Web Entrepreneur technical diploma are planned to debut in 2016-17 for this pathway.
