Culinary Management


Downtown Milwaukee, Oak Creek campuses

This program blends cooking skills with knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting and marketing. Students obtain a solid foundation of introductory culinary skills and explore the latest techniques. On the business side, students develop leadership skills, plus gain knowledge of profitable fiscal management. 

Career Outlook: Culinary management jobs are increasing as opportunities emerge in restaurants, full-service grocery stores and healthcare facilities. Additional employment options include hotels, private clubs and cruise ships. 

Career Pathway: You can earn the Food Service Team Leader technical diploma on your way to completing this degree.
