Culinary Management
ASSOCIATE DEGREE

This program blends cooking skills with knowledge of restaurant operations, accounting and marketing. You will obtain a solid foundation of introductory culinary skills. On the business side, develop your leadership skills, plus gain knowledge of fiscal management. Students select either the Culinary Management or Dietetic Manager emphasis.
Career Outlook: Culinary management jobs are increasing as opportunities emerge in restaurants, full-service grocery stores and healthcare facilities. Additional employment options include hotels, private clubs and cruise ships.
Career Pathway: You can earn the Food Service Team Leader technical diploma on your way to completing this degree.
