Minority Business Enterprise Program

Milwaukee Area Technical College is committed to the growth of supplier diversity in district procurement activities. The policy of MATC is that business enterprises owned, operated and controlled by individuals with disabilities, minorities, women or the disadvantaged shall have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts or purchases.

The program is designed to increase the opportunities of certified minority owned companies to sell their products or services to the MATC district. In addition, we are committed to support and encourage the development of minority owned businesses and to provide appropriate educational and technical assistance to support the successful continuation of these businesses.
