Compensation

Compensation administration provides programs and services to meet the needs of MATC employees and the long- and short-term goals of the district. 

The compensation program ensures that MATC salaries and jobs are equitable and competitive. These programs reflect a collaborative effort between MATC administration and its collective bargaining organizations.

403(b) Retirement Investment Plan
The college's 403(b) plan is a way for employees to invest for retirement on a tax-deferred basis. Through payroll deduction, employees can direct their savings to dozens of investment choices offered by seven participating providers. It's an easy way to increase your financial security in retirement and defer taxes, too. This program is subject to Sec. 403(b) of the IRS code.

Wisconsin Deferred Compensation Plan
