If you click on a course either under the My MATC or Courses Tab, and the browser continues to display content previewed earlier from a different course, making it impossible to access the intended course, you can remedy the problem by:
- Log out of Blackboard.
- Clear the browser's temporary files.
- For Internet Explorer:
- Click on Tools.
- Click on Internet Options.
- Click on Delete Files.
- For Netscape Navigator:
- Click on Edit.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on Advanced.
- Click on Cache.
- Delete files.
