  • You need to retry your username and password
    • If you continue to receive this message, call the MATC Helpdesk at 414.297.6541 to confirm your username or reset your password.
    • We cannot lookup your password; we can only reset it.

If you get: No response from authentication server, this means you may not have an account at MATC or there is a service outage.

  • If you are a student enrolled in the current semester, call the MATC Helpdesk at 414-297-6541.

If you get an error on Dial-Up Networking in which the computer is not receiving from the modem:

  • Check to see if your phone line is connected to the modem.
  • For an external modem, check to see that it is turned on and the cable is secure into a communication Port.
  • You may have selected the incorrect COM port from within modems and would need to select the correct port.
