Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate *NEW - Spring 2012
This certificate consists of four courses. The first two cover the Green Belt body of knowledge in the Six Sigma problem-solving methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The third class is the implementation of a Six Sigma project. The fourth class covers additional topics within the Black Belt body of knowledge.
